Norwegian Camping accepts Gulden
In the village of Dalen in the province of Telemark, Norway, Indra Horsford and Theo Slijkhuis run a beautiful campsite on a small island surrounded by a wide river. Don’t be surprised when a beaver shows up right in front of your tent !!
On the 7 hectare site there is plenty of choice to stay wherever you want: sheltered or in the sun, along the river or, if you want to keep an eye on the little ones, near the playground. It is not necessary to book for a caravan, tent or camper. There is always enough place.
Theo Slijkhuis: “We are doing everything we can to make our guests feel welcome. We have always camped and have pleny of experience. Important to us is clean sanitation, a clean campsite, cosiness and good contact with our guests. In the high season we acommodate many families with young children which give a cozy, lively atmosphere.“
Next to the campsite there are six cozy, fully equipped cabins in various sizes. All provided with hot water and power. For a shorter stay there is the “Beaverhouse” with 16 rooms. In the Beaverhouse there are showers, toilets, kitchen and a living room.
Theo: “We were the first in Norway where you could pay with Bitcoin, since the end of May, I also bought Gulden, and I think this is great. Our (Dutch) old trusted stable Gulden is back again. With them I really don’t need the euro anymore “.
Guests can, of course, pay with Gulden now for their stay.
