Development Snippet: Electron progress
Centure is working hard on the new wallet interface which will use Electron. Nearly 900 hours has been spent on it. In short this transition to new technology means that the backend must be able to connect to all functions on the frontend. All those connections need to be built. A new system always brings bugs and they have to be fixed too.
The development of Electron for Gulden can now be viewed at Github. Electron was first developed for Novo and is now being converted to a Gulden version. Now that the code is available, it means that everyone can help with the Electron interface. People with experience with Electron will not need an explanation, but for people with some web background it is also interesting. It looks very similar (think css, etc.). Take a look, the frontend section can be found here: GitHub.com/Gulden
